Despite efforts to harmonise international legislation and regulatory requirements for efficacy and safety testing, these vary greatly throughout the world, and are continually changing (e.g. the EU REACH legislation for chemicals risk assessment, which became law in 2007).
In addition, new methods, particularly those that reduce, refine or replace the use of animals, are regularly being developed, validated and required for regulatory usage for specific purposes.
Combes Consulting guides customers through the maze of different regulations to help you select the correct test methods for your particular needs to meet the requirements of different authorities in different countries.
